Photograph of the house at East Poultney, Vermont with Horace Greeley's handwriting written below the photograph that reads "The house at East Poultney, Vt. in which I learned what i know about printing. Horace Greeley" On the back of the photo a handwritten note states, "For Canning, who will keep it for his boy. I'm here (?). I graduated at Poultney and saw this house. L.B.D. in 1869". Also stamped by the photographer "F. M. Rood, Pultney, Vt." Photo was glued on a cream mat/card. On the bottom of the card reads: "Entered according Act of Congress in the year 1872, by J.
