Both are sitting, Gabrielle on the right, her hair down, holding a basket filled with flowers, Ida sitting next to her, on her left, her hair braided in a nest on top of her head. Picture was taken right around 1871-1872. In the back, handwritten by Gabrielle Greeley Clendenin "Ida and Gabrielle Greeley. This is a copy of a picture my father loved to show his friends the last year of his life. It had written underneath 'The Lion and the Lamb' my sister gentle nature being the lamb. My hair is down.
