A letter from the director of the Sanitary Engineering Division informing Reginald LeGresley that the compulsory pasteurization law does not at the date of writing the letter affect the village of Newcastle. And that the director is unsure of when it might be extended to the village, with likelyhood that it won't be before next summer.
