Plaque commemorating the Tie-A-Bow Fund/Yellow Ribbon Fund to remember the American hostages in Iran, 1979-1981. The Yellow Ribbon Fund was started by Nancy Hall with the help of Nussle Florist. The donations from the fund were given to the Newton Falls Public Library Board of Trustees.
