Norma and Howard Rood, pictured. Early businesswoman, Norma Rood grew up in Braceville, Ohio and moved to Newton Falls in her youth. When she started her business wallpaper was ten cents a roll. One of seven children, she was self taught in organizing and delegating. As a woman Norma faced many challenges in local business and quickly gained the respect of her through out the Newton Falls community.
