Description

Hardee's restaurant takes over Burger Chef and will open Oct 5th. Some refurbishing and installing equipment for additional menu items. The merger at the two chains in Mar 1982 when Hardee's acquired Burger Chef for General Foods. The merger is the largest in the history of the fast food industry.
