Larry Durkos and Glenn Grim of the city light department are replacing an insulator at the intersection of Roosevelt Street and Warren, the second trouble spot in the power outage Saturday. The bucket truck is fully extended and Durkos is standing on a box inside the truck bucket in order to reach the insulator. One of the observers, second from the left, is Councilman Rudolph Phillips the only city official who was in town during the outage, the others were attending a two day meet at Punderson Park.Dimensions
