Description

In 1965 the Rev. Edward L. Caum was called to serve St. Philip's. The church continued its ministry to students at the Wrangell Institute until it closed. From 1966-68 Fr. Caum had a weekly Bible study with local Japanese women, in order that they might not only learn more about Christianity, but become accustomed to the English language as well.
