Basket with lid, Tlingit style, made out of spruce root, two bands of alternating eye hole open weave, three bands twined rows dyed red & decorated with false embroidery. Lid has whirl of yellow, red, & brown in the center, band of eye hole weave and band of maiden hair fern false embroidery. Fine craftsmanship.
