Ladies black silk cloth belt, part of 1910s era dress ensemble. 3" wide pleated material with 3 hooks one end, 3 eyelets other end. A 5-pointed cloth star with small 5-pointed flower in center is the embellishment for front. Star has 2 hooks. Belt has 2 hooks inside top edge. Belt is designed be worn over skirt, to attach to back of bodice and waist of skirt.
