Collar and handkerchief case. Leather case with fold over flap fastened with 2 metal snaps, dyed black. Gold lettering on front "Soft Collars and Handkerchiefs". Bag or pouch was used for storing stiff starched man's collars and pressed handkerchiefs. Blue cloth interior has 1 large storage pocket and 2 smaller pockets.
