Green cardboard case for members of the Improved Order of Red Men, used for carrying dues cards. Cardboard is embossed with a leather print. Metal tabs in corners. Seal for Improved Order of Red Men embossed on front. Seal reads "GREAT COUNCIL U.S. IMPROVED ORDER OF RED MEN/ INST. 19TH SLEEP WORM MOON G.S.D.356". Embossed in gold below seal on front of cover reads "IMPROVED ORDER/ of/ RED MEN". Interrior of case has small hole punched near top back side, with a small hand pointing to it printed next to it, as well as "ATTACH TO WATCH CHAIN" printed in gold. Printed in center of interior back side of case "SEELCO/ Reg. U. S. Pat. Ofi./ RECEIPT CASE/ Patent Applied for/ MANUFACTURED FOR/ Great Countil of the United States/ OF THE/ IMPROVED ORDER OF RED MEN/ PHILADELPHIA, PA." Also on the interior of the case are four tabs in each corner to keep dues cards in place.
