Woodworking carpenter's bar clamp. Might be a shipwright's boat building tool. Long wooden bar has deep notches all along one side used to seat adjustable metal sliding clamp. Metal winding or screw adjustment clamp at top to apply pressure. Used as a vise. Rusty, needs conservation. FIC
