Fancy hat of a Shady Lady costume, (a Wrangell promotional group in 1980s). Broad rim, gold colored fabric covers under side. Decorated with lavish white flowers, green & purple mesh, purple ostrich feather, and purple down feather edge. One side pinned to crown with gold colored brooch. Brooch is shaped like a feather and has a black stone embellishment.
