Physical Description: The front cover has a picture of a baby in an illustrated frame, with the text "Infant Care/ Bureau Publication No. 8 (Revised)/ U. S. Department of Labor/ Children's Bureau/ 1926" around it. Also stamped in pink ink, upside down in the upper left corner on the front is "Write/ John W. Summers/ Congressman/ 4th District Washington/ for other Government/ Publications". Fair condition, with a lot of wear along the spine, and some tearing and creasing around the edges.
