Membership card, the card show's payment of annual dues as a member. Found in the booklet (2003.035.503) of bylaws for Thlinket Counsel No. 2, Degree of Pocahontas. Was attached with a metal clip to the booklet cover. At the back of the card is a list of official telegraph code. And also with impressed seal of the council.
