Ice cream mold, Dip-Rite System, 1 quart size. Aluminum cylinder shape with molded handle at end. Front is open ended with beveled edges. Two hinges along side allow cylinder to split in half. Use by plunging the unit into large ice cream container to form a measured 1 qrt. Records suggest it was used with Eskimo Pie mold in Den O' Sweets shop, Wrangell. Mold.
