Ladies white cotton full length half slip or petticoat, might be part of 1910s era dress ensemble. Worn under dress to add fullness especially at bottom. Drawstring closure, stamped "A831" at waist. Added starched half slip extender at bottom increases fullness. Very stiff in this region. The extender is decorated with double band rows of alternating lace and plain white ribbon. Hand altered to shorten. Underwear garment.
