Metal plaque, cast aluminum, frontal eagle with spread wings, shield on breast "T.O.T.E." banner above "Stikine Tribe NO.5, IMP'D O.R.M.; "C.M. Coulter" at eagle feet. Improved Order of Red Men was a fraternal organization in Wrangell. Might be a grave marker. Pat. Mar, 29th 1904
