Plate dishware, St. Louis pattern, manufactured in England by Johnson Bros. during the Victorian era. Dinner plate #11? (incomplete). Flow blue. White background with wide cobalt blue band. Scalloped edge. A few small flowers in the pattern are hand gilded.
