Plate dishware, St. Louis pattern, manufactured in England by Johnson Bros. during the Victorian era. Dinner plate #9 or (6?). Flow blue. White background with wide cobalt blue band. Scalloped edge. The few small flowers in the pattern are not hand gilded.
