Tire pump thought by donor to be for Model T Ford car. Patina brass body. Stirrup shaped base has two notches for unknown attachment. Base does not have Ford script. Wooden handled rod moves in/out tube, not pumping air. Red colored rubber hose attached is degrading. Nozzle held to hose with electrical tape.
