Patchwork handmade quilt. Multicolored irregular shapes with hand embroidered edges and designs, (butterfly, Flowers, Kodiak Alaska 1898). Cotton sateen backing with multicolored small dots. Blue binding. Silk patches deteriorating "tendering" multiple areas, loose threads, disfiguring brown stains on both sides. Fragile but colorful.
