Printed on back of card "This is the only legal receiipt for dues and other charges and its use is required in all Tribes and Councils. It is a proper/ credential for visiting in all Reservations of the United States. Its use is limited to the date provided by law. The holder/ shall prove identity and good standing in the matter prescribed by the laws of the Order, and upon such proof, the Presiding/ Chief of the Branch visited is authorized to communicate the U.
