Requisition Booklet, comprised of requisition forms for the city of Wrangell. Three copies of each page, as well as a sheet of carbon to place under to allow for copying of information from one to the next. Pages are numbered from 751 through 800 (number printed in upper right corner of each page). Each form reads "REQUISITION/ City of Wrangell/ WRANGELL, ALASKA/ Date ___________/ Please furnish the following merchandise:/ Charge the above to the account of the City of Wrangell/ This requisition MUST be attached to your bill./ SIGNED ________/ TITLE ________". First page has the date "1955" filled in, but nothing else. Front cover is made of oak-tag and has on it, handwritten in blue ink "751-800". Back cover is made of cardboard. Held together at the top by a cloth tape.
