A collection of (2) Chiton, Sea Cradles, Coat of Mail shell. Eight over-lapping dorsal shell plates held together by a leathery girdle instead of a solid calcareous shell creates flexible protection for this animal. Looks like an armadillo shell. Very fragile, brittle.
