Crescent shaped tool. Identified in records as a handle. Made from small rib bone, straight cut ends. One end has a groove and notch with a small hole drilled dorsal to ventral. Other end has one partial hole and carved notch to suggest a fish head. Fishing gear? Artifact of northern Alaska peoples formerly called Eskimo.
