Full lining. Manufacturer label located backside of lining on right side: Neustadter Bros. Portland, Oregon, contract November 2, 1917, order #8533. Sergeant Quartermaster patch right shoulder, 2 overseas chevrons left sleeve. Stand up collar standard length.
