U.S. Navy blue wool dress uniform jumper or pullover worn by E.M. Campbell, name stamped innerside at hem. Traditional sailor collar with fitted sleeves gathered at cuffs. 2 white five pointed stars embroidered at each corner of the back of the collar. Edge of collar and cuffs trimmed with 3 rows of white tape. Cuffs close with 2 black plastic buttons, each with anchor design. Patch located on upper arm of proper right sleeve features left facing white eagle, white ships wheel and 2 red chevrons. Lower left sleeve has 2 sailors war service chevrons which have points upward. World War 1.
