U.S. Navy regulation uniform dress jacket. Black wool. Double breasted. 8 gilt buttons. Sleeves have 2 black stripes. Black & gold embroidered anchor patches on each lapel. Rainbow colored service bar attached to breast pocket. Service bar has 1 star attached. 3 outside pockets at each hip & left breast. Coat, service dress blue. Probable WW2 era.
