Pelton wheel, a hydraulic turbine water wheel with components attached to the shaft. Iron. Twenty separate two-chambered cups along outside of spoked wheel catch flowing water to turn wheel. It was used to generate electricity "up the road" on Wrangell Island, circa 1930s, details unknown.
