Multiple purpose wrench hand tool. Cast iron. Openings at one end include 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", and other end has closed 1" fitting. Tool was used to tighten or loosen wheels on a buggy, wagon, carriage. Also called a Buggy Wrench.
