Formal agreement between Canadian Northern and the Minister of Education for the Province of Ontario. The agreement discusses that the two parties will work together to create mobile educational facilities for the benefit of children in unorganized and sparsely settled districts by means of equipping a railway coach to be a school room. It then discusses what aspects each party is responsible for. It is a one year agreement. Four page document.
