The purpose of the storefront was to provide a program by which volunteers in the community were responsible for helping keep watch over the community. The volunteers would also check in on vulnerable members of the community and ensure they were safe and happy. These volunteers assisted the police service by keeping tabs on community activities and issues.Collection
