He is in shorts with no shirt and a cap on. He appears to be wiping his hands. Mules Holden is facing the camera and holding a fish. Behind the two of them is a fishing boat, and to the left the bow of another fishing boat is visible.

Harold Prescott was born in 1911 in Killaloe Ontario, in 1938 he came to Sudbury to work for INCO. In 1941 Prescott was hired to be a locomotive fireman for Canadian National in Capreol, later he became an engineer. By 1951 he became a town councilor and in 1955 he became mayor and remained as mayor for 13 years (minus 1962-1963). He is responsible for the donation of CN engine 6077 to Capreol in Prescott park, he also is credited for designing the Capreol flagCollection
