Description

A firefighter driving the Bickle Combination Pumper in the Capreol Santa Claus parade. Pictured at the corner of Sellwood and Dennie on November 16, 2003.

Context

The Bickle Combination Pumper was purchased by the Capreol Fire Department in May 1927. It was used until 1956, but remained in the community for parades and celebrations. It is currently on display in the bay at the Heritage Centre (April 11, 2013).
