This school car was lived in and operated by the McKays. Angus and Helen McKay lived and taught on school cars from 1935 until 1950 originally on Canadian National school car No. 4, then on Temiskaming Northern Ontario Railway car No. 1. In 1940 Helen took over as the teacher while Angus went to serve during the Second World War.Collection
