The agreement is signed by William McVittie, President of the Whanapitae Power Company Ltd.; N. Hillary, Secretary of the Whanapitae Power Company Ltd.; J.R. Booth, President of the Dominion Nickel Copper Company Ltd.; N. Andersey, Secretary of the Dominion Nickel Copper Company Ltd.; Joseph Sellwood, Vice-President of Moose Mountain Ltd.; and David O. Dunbar, Secretary of Moose Mountain Limited. Witnesses John Black and Frank B. Mitchell. There are seven pages in total.

The official seals of The Whanapitae Power Company Ltd. and The Moose Mountain Company Ltd. (No Personal Liability) are affixed with their respective signatures. There are six pages in total, attached to a light blue paper encasing.
2019.003.011y: The documents are folded into fourths and stored inside a brown 4X91/2 inch "expanding wallet." (with 2019.003.009). On the wallet is printed: "BUSHENELL'S 'PAPEROID' (TRADE-MARK EXPANDING WALLETS. ALVAH BUSHNELL CO. PHILADELPHIA, PA. Patented Aug. 10th, 1909. On the front of the wallet is written "Contract between Whanapitae Power Company and Moose Mountain Limited and Dominion Nickel Copper Co. Ltd.." There is a brown cotton tie to hold the wallet shut. There is a piece of paper fixed to the front of the wallet with the words "Townsite Agreement, Moose Mountain, Limited, and Mackenzie, Mann & Co. Limited."Collection

2019.003.011a-g: These documents are in good condition. The papers have been folded into fourths, and the folds are deeply creased from having been stored folded, preventing the documents from lying flat. There is some rust staining at the top left of the first and last paper from a metal paper clip that was affixed to the documents (this has been removed and replaced with an archival "plastiklip" plastic paper clip).

The papers have been folded into fourths, and the folds are deeply creased from having been stored folded, preventing the documents from lying flat. There is a small metal ring set into a hole in the top left corner of the documents that is starting to rust. This needs to be removed by a specialist to minimize damage to the documents. There is some rust staining at the bottom left of the first and last paper from a metal paper clip that was affixed to the documents (which has been removed).
2019.003.011y: This paper wallet is in very good condition. There is very slight wear along the fold in the covering flap where the wallet has been open and closed.Created By
