Herrmann and Fred A. Jordan. The official seal of Moose Mountain Limited is affixed to the bottom left of these signatures. Centered at the bottom of the final page (directly below the signatures) is a note "executed in triplicate". The agreement is printed in black ink onto letter sized paper

These documents are in very good condition. There is a small hole punched in the top and bottom of left side of the papers for metal fasteners, which were starting to rust (these have been removed and replaced with archival "plastiklips" to prevent damage to the documents).
