Notes

This document is in poor condition. there are three creases in the map from top to bottom, and one right to left, where the map was folded into four parts and again in half. There is a small hole where the second vertical crease from the left meets the horizontal crease. There is a second, larger hole slightly to the left of the centre vertical crease. The paper is fragile, and slightly torn in from the edge, along each crease.
