Note

Cecelia Baugh was born on November 25, 1856, in Williamson County to Joseph Wilkes Baugh Sr. and Cecelia Morton Baugh. She married Young Matthew Rizer Sr. and the couple almost immediately built an Italianate mansion on 200 acres given to them as a wedding gift from her father. This house, known today as the Y. M. Rizer or Maple shade, still stands today on Del Rio Pike in Franklin. The couple had at least 4 children. She died in 1932 and is buried in Mount Hope Cemetery in Williamson County.
