Born on May 5, 1929, to Arthur Lee Harley and Louetta Fox Harley, she graduated from Gallatin High School and received a BS from Tennessee Technological University and a BFA from Middle Tennessee State University, She married Hugh O. Love Jr., and had two children. She died in 2021.
