Margaret Collins Christy was born on August 10, 1894, in Murfreesboro to Simeon Bush Christy and Addie Collins Christy. She married Oscar Thomas Ridley Jr. She died in 1988 and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery in Murfreesboro.
