Two black and white photographic prints, the first being of a group of men and women dressed in costume, gathered in front of a Christmas tree. The caption reads: "Xmas 1910." The second print is of a group of people watching men lay cornerstone on a stone foundation. People stand surrounding the entire structure. Several buildings stand in the background to the right.
