1903–1995 Eleanor Cottrell’s artistic pursuits included sculpture, ceramics and goldsmithing, as well as degrees from the University of Chicago and Columbia. She taught at OSU school of Art, Columbus Arts and Crafts Center and the Institute of San Miguel De Allende and was an active member of the Worthington Area Art League, Women's Art Guild of Central Ohio and the Columbus Art League.
