1904-1993 Frances Robinson moved to the Akron area from Montana in the 1930’s to teach art and taught in the Akron public school system for 39 years. A graduate of Montana State and Kent State universities, she was a printmaker and potter. As a Jennings scholar and Fulbright Fellowship recipient, she studied abroad in Scandinavia and England. Her work has been displayed in the Cleveland Art Museum and New York Museum of Contemporary Crafts, among others. Education: Montana State University, Kent State University
