The value in figures is repeated four times in purple in the corners and once in the center in white in a purple rosette. The value in letters “DIX / FRANCS” and the mention “ÉMIS EN / FRANCE” are printed purple in the center. The words "SÉRIE DE 1944" are printed twice in black. The eight-digit banknote number is printed in black in the center. No signatures.

In the center, a large tricolor flag flies in the wind and below, a medallion decorated with leaves in which are inscribed the three currencies of France: "LIBERTY, EQUALITY, FRATERNITY"
