Wilson Boyce (Lakewood, Ohio), six-feet-three and Raymond Brown (Chouteau, Oklahoma) five-feet-two operate effectively in the hilly terrain where their varying heights keep their patient on a level plane most of the time coming down a hill. The "patient" here is Charles Stokes (Charleston, West Virginia)"
