Photograph published in the 45th Division News, 22 July 1944, Vol. V, No. 2, Caption "This Italian ice plant was buy gathers cobwebs until an alert MP spotted it, and thee G-4 started supply GI materials. Now it's up on a 24 hour basis, turning out six or seven thousand pounds of ice a day for the division units with Pvt. Boyd Traywick, Oklahoma City, in the role as Thunderbird iceman."
