45th Division News Vol. V No. 13 "Guaranteed to grind their way through the toughest D rations without giving ground, about 125 of these plates have been fashioned by the division's dental technicians since the Thunderbirds have been in France. Ernest Bustamante (Denver, Colorado) is shown applying the finishing touches. Division dentists average about 100 cases a month, habe filled about 19,000 teeth overseas."
